Ichthus is a low tuition, Christian boarding school in Chiapas, Mexico that aims to raise the future leaders of Mexico and the parent non-profit organization of E-café Chiapas.

Ichthus incorporates language, values, and leadership classes to its academic program while engaging in community service. Often, Ichthus participate in different activities for the local community and donates medicines to the local hospital.

Recently, the school prepared several bottles of hand sanitizers and sodium hypochloride that were distributed to the local community, hospitals, fire department, as well as the local police

A team of Ichthus’ teachers reminded people about the preventive measures that should be followed and handed out 1,888 bottles of hipochloride and 180 bottles of hand sanitizers, while 160 L. of sodium Hipochloride and 145 L more of alcohol-based hand sanitizers were distributed in jerrycans.

The distribution of sanitizers like these are especially important in communities like Chiapas where a large percentage of people are highly depended on the earning they make each day and thus, cannot stop working.
