We had the chance to visit a village nearby Comitan called Buena Vista last week. Our friend Serafin brought together friends, and we had the pleasure of meeting everyone with their 1-3 hectare lots of land.
After our meeting, we headed down to Serafin’s farm to see how our microlot Geisha was doing. We tried some of the ripening cherries, and my immediate reaction was, “WOW!” Amazing!! By far one of the sweetest, cleanest cherries I’ve had in Latin America!!! We can’t wait for these to come into our cup.
