Since we deal with a good amount of coffees, we cup pretty often.
But the problem with the traditional cupping form from SCAA is that it has only 4 sections on one page.
If we were to cup 12 samples, then we would need 3 pages of the form.
So I thought it would be a good idea to make a coffee cupping form that cuts out some things that we don’t really use and make it into a more compact form with more sections.

Your descriptors can go on the note section for each category. When I cup, I always have different ideas for dry, wet, and break. So I separated those. And there are more descriptor lines on the bottom. Descriptors for acidity and body go inside the acidity and body box.
Basically
-
no need to write which section it is when writing notes
-
6 cups instead of 4 cups (you can cup 12 cups with 1 piece of paper instead of 2 pieces – save the trees!)
