Our visitor from Italy, a professional roaster, often travels around the world to know more about coffee. We visited finca Las Chicharras right at the time when our seedlings were growing, so we took the chance to introduce her to the people working in our nursery.

She also shared with us the kind of profile Italian people look for in a coffee.

On the other hand, our visitors from Australia were a certified cupper and coffee trader, and a professional roaster. We had fun showing them around our dry processing facilities and cupping our coffees; they said particularly liked Cascadas and Peña Bermeja´s coffees.

As one of our ultimate goals is to make Mexican coffees well recognized worldwide, it is a very exciting experience when we meet people from other countries that are interested in Mexican coffee. It is an opportunity for us to learn from them.
