Despite earliness of the sample, the cupping result of Las Cascadas came out to be 85.5 and the notes were fruity, zesty, bright orange, and good body! The uniformity, clean cup, and sweetness were really great too! We were excited to cup more of the main coffee samples from Finca Las Cascadas.
