We know it is not easy to hand-pick coffee in the steep mountains and hot weather of Chiapas, and we appreciate their work. Although, as the majority of coffee producers, Ecafe Chiapas has been facing some challenges to increase our production, we are pretty grateful to be able to produce coffee.
